Your forms will be mailed to you, or you may attend our office with prior appointment to sign your documents before they are sent to the Iranian Affairs office in DC.

Step 4:

Your documents and payment shall be sent to the Iranian Affairs office in DC.

Step 5:

You will receive your documents from the Iranian Affairs office in DC by mail.
