Our Mission
Making Iranian Document Services Accessible
Iranian Citizen Services (ICS) was founded with a clear purpose: to make Iranian consular document services accessible, understandable, and stress-free for Iranians living in the United States and Canada.
We understand how overwhelming the Iranian consular system can be from abroad — the Mikhak portal, the requirements of the Iranian Interests Section in Washington, D.C., the precise Farsi forms, the strict photo standards. A single error can mean months of delay.

Shirin Salamat
Founder & Managing Director
Shirin Salamat is a member of the Iranian Bar Association (Kanoon Vokala) and has practiced law in Iran for over 18 years. Over the course of her legal career in Iran, Shirin has represented various multinational companies — including P&G and Werner — as well as domestic brands such as Mahram and Attack.
Salamat & Associates LLC is a registered California Limited Liability Company doing business as Iranian Citizen Services. The firm offers consulting services to Iranian citizens with their documentation and registration procedures related to the Mikhak System and the Iranian Affairs Office in Washington, D.C.
